What this website collects

The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, message, and consent. Messages are stored in the church’s database. The website also stores a keyed hash of your network address for short-term abuse prevention. Your hosting provider may keep standard access logs containing network addresses and request details.

How information is used

Authorized church administrators use your message to respond to you and coordinate the assistance or information you requested. This website does not sell contact information or include advertising trackers.

Digital media purchases

When you purchase media, Stripe processes your payment details. The church stores your checkout email, product and price, payment references, order status, and download activity to deliver and support the purchase. Card numbers are not stored in this website database. Stripe receives information required to process payment under its own privacy practices.

Purchase records are retained separately from contact messages for accounting and customer support. Pending unpaid orders may be removed after 30 days. Paid order records remain until an authorized administrator removes them under the church’s retention policy. Purchase links are private access credentials; do not share them. If purchase emails are enabled, the church sends a download link through its email provider.

Cookies

The contact and checkout pages use an essential session cookie to protect submissions and associate checkout attempts. There are no analytics or advertising cookies in this website package.

Retention & requests

Contact messages are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, subject to any necessary ongoing correspondence. Backups may retain copies until their normal rotation expires. You can request access, correction, or deletion of information through the contact form.

Share thoughtfully

For prayer or pastoral requests, a brief message is enough. Please avoid submitting medical records, financial details, or private information about another person.
